nostradahm is the moniker under which Alex produces music and DJs.

As a DJ, Alex has played everything from major festivals to underground events including: Coachella, Splash House, Pattern Bar, Ace Hotel DTLA, Melody, Certified Groovers, and a plethora more parties throughout Southern California. In addition to his numerous live performances, Alex hosted over 30 weekly 2-hour radio shows for the UK-based DJ collective Crate Digs from 2021-2022.

Drawing from his full-time occupation as an architect/designer, Alex’s love of patterns, shapes, complex geometry, and spatial perception are the primary creative concepts at the foundation of his music. Like pages from an audio sketchbook, he regularly records and posts live jams to his Instagram and Facebook pages that are eventually mixed, mastered, and released as tracks.

What sets Alex apart is his ability to seamlessly weave together a wide range of influences into his productions and DJ sets. His musical palette encompasses genres like house, techno/dub techno, UK garage, drum and bass, disco, new wave, industrial, post-punk, ambient, classical, jazz, hip-hop, and more.
